Credits & Billing
Testhive uses a credit system for AI-powered features. Organization admins manage balance, usage history, and invoices from Settings at https://testhiveapp.com/organization/settings.
View your balance
Open Settings → Usage (https://testhiveapp.com/organization/settings#usage) to see:
- Remaining credits — available for new AI operations
- Spent credits — consumed by your organization
- Transaction history — line items with timestamps and descriptions
What consumes credits

Manual question entry and basic test management do not consume credits. Only AI-heavy steps do.
Billing and invoices
Open Settings → Billing & Invoice (https://testhiveapp.com/organization/settings#billing) for:
- Payment history
- Invoice downloads
- Plan and license details tied to your organization
Contact support through Settings → Help & Support or the Contact page for billing questions.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Open a support ticket from Settings if you believe a charge was made in error.
Service API key limits
If you use Service API Keys, each key
has its own credit limit separate from the organization dashboard view.
Keys stop working when their limit is reached or when you revoke them.
Integrations can poll GET /api/core/v1/usage with
the service key to check limit, usage, and remaining credits programmatically.
