CloudScribe
CloudScribe transforms your course materials into smart question banks. Upload documents, chat with your content, and generate assessment items grounded in what you uploaded.

What CloudScribe does
- Ingest documents — PDFs, text files, and other supported formats
- Vector search — find relevant passages across your library
- Chat-driven generation — ask for questions, summaries, or explanations based on selected sources
- Feed question sets — move generated items into question banks for tests
Workflow
Upload materials
Add documents from your organization library. CloudScribe indexes content for search and generation.
Select sources
Choose one or more documents (or collections) as context for your session.
Chat and generate
Use the chat panel to:
- Request multiple-choice or descriptive questions on a topic
- Ask for explanations or study notes
- Iterate on drafts before committing them to a question set
Web search can be enabled for certain requests when you need content beyond your uploads.
Move to assessments
Export or finalize generated questions into a question set, then schedule a Test. You can also refine items further in the Question Studio.
Credit usage
CloudScribe chat and document processing consume organization credits. Monitor usage under Settings → Usage.
Tips
Upload well-structured source material for better question quality. Keep document titles descriptive so you can find sources quickly in chat. Review AI-generated items before finalizing—same best practice as the Wizard.
