This page maps the organization dashboard so you know where to go before diving into a specific workflow.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A Testhive organization account — https://testhiveapp.com/signup or https://testhiveapp.com/signin
- An active organization (blocked organizations cannot create content)
- Credits available for AI-powered features (generation, evaluation, CloudScribe)
Check your credit balance under Settings → Usage at https://testhiveapp.com/organization/settings#usage before running large AI generation jobs.

How credits work
Credits are consumed when you use AI-heavy features:
- Generating questions in the Wizard or Question Studio
- Running CloudScribe chat and document processing
- LLM test evaluation after candidates submit responses
View remaining and spent credits in Settings → Usage. For billing details and invoices, open Settings → Billing & Invoice. See the Credits & Billing guide for more.
