Quick Start

Follow this checklist to run your first assessment from sign-in to results.

Sign in to your organization

Go to https://testhiveapp.com/signin and log in with your organization credentials. After authentication you land on the organization dashboard at https://testhiveapp.com/organization/overview.

Create or open a question set

Open Questions at https://testhiveapp.com/organization/questions.

Create a new question set and add items manually or via the Question Studio.

See the Question Sets guide for studio editing and publishing details.

Create a test

Open Tests at https://testhiveapp.com/organization/tests and create a new test from your question set.

Configure distribution options as needed:

  • Session link — share a URL candidates use to join
  • Email invitations — invite specific participants
  • Passcode — restrict access to people who have the code
  • Timer — set a time limit for the session

Each test gets a unique session URL:

https://testhiveapp.com/testsession/{testId}

Candidates open this link, sign in with the credentials you provided, and complete the assessment.

Review results

Return to https://testhiveapp.com/organization/tests, open your test, and review:

  • Analytics — attendance, scores, and engagement charts
  • Submissions — individual candidate responses
  • Exports — download reports where available
